The Table is open - to all...
The church will live it's calling as to go and make disciples rather than being consumers of programs.
The Church will be inspired by the Spirit which is a Spirit of world-loving, yet Cross-carrying, stranger-welcoming, yet holy living, culture shaping, yet radically defined creativity.
We will not take ourselves too seriously
The Gospel of Jesus Christ will predominate in all preaching and how Christians relate to each other as well as those outside the Faith.
The church chooses to see the Spirit at work within all people and all cultures. Though we recognize the potential for evil within all of us- we choose to focus on the image of God stamped within every individual and every way of life.
Those who preach Good News will not accumulate wealth.
The church will be compelled by the good news of Jesus rather than moralistic therapeutic deism.
The Church needs to focus on Jesus Christ and His cross. Everything else should be optional.
Christians haven't killed each other for our theological differences in a few hundred years. We won't ever return to execution as a means by which to win arguments.
The doors of the Church shall be open to all
Blessed are the theological peacemakers, those who are "quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry" (James 1:19), for they are clearly children of God.
